STEP 1: Deposit
01 Check the Vehicle Details
Search for the vehicle you want to purchase and check the details on our platform.
>For new cars: you only need to confirm the model with your service specialist.
>For used cars: If you want to know the condition of the used car, you could choose our Used Car Inspection Service.Please note that because the vehicles on the platform are also being sold domestically in China, popular models may sell out quickly. Therefore, after selecting a vehicle, please immediately ask your sales consultant to check the vehicle's availability to proceed with the next steps.
02 Check the Quotation
Our vehicle quotation is FOB price at Tianjin Port in China. If you need transportation from Tianjin Port to the port in your country, you can choose the CFR price. We do not handle customs clearance and related fees at the port in your country, so please be sure to thoroughly understand your country's customs policies.(If you want us to help you handle your local customs clearance, please let us know.)
03 Make an Order
After selecting the vehicle and checking the quotation, you can click the "Pay Deposit" button on the right-hand side of the car's detail page. Then, our specialist will verify the status of the vehicle you wish to purchase. If the vehicle has been sold or there are any other issues, we will refund your deposit. If the vehicle is still available for sale, our service specialist will then contact you for the subsequent purchase and transportation arrangements and send you an invoice via email.
STEP 2: Payment
01 Check Your Invoice
Check the invoice in your email. Confirm the information before going to the bank. If you need to edit any information, please contact your service specialist. The vehicle will be reserved for you until the payment due date.(If you buy authorized cars, you have to pay directly to the manufacturer.)
02 Submit Payment
Transfer the money to our bank account within the payment due date stated in the invoice. Remember the payment deadline. If payment is not made within the due date, your booking will be automatically cancelled, and the vehicle will be sold to the next buyer.
03 Upload Bank Transfer Receipt
Once you've transferred the money, give the bank receipt to your service specialist or reply to the invoice email with the bank receipt.. After the payment is verified, your booking will proceed to the next step: Transport.
STEP 3: Transport
01 Wait for Shipping Schedule
After payment, our transportation department will communicate with you regarding the shipping arrangements. If you choose FOB, we will coordinate with your chosen logistics company to pick up the vehicle from Tianjin Port. If you choose to have us handle the transportation, we will be responsible for loading the vehicle onto the ship. Please note that regardless of the chosen method, the vehicle will be delivered at Tianjin Port.
02 Quality Check at the Port
Our Q.C. team will ensure your vehicle is in the same condition as advertised. We check the vehicle’s basic information, engine and transmission status, and major functions. Vehicles that do not pass our Q.C. test will be returned to the seller.
03 Check Video at the Port
After the quality inspection, we will capture a video of your vehicle. The video will be sent to you via email.
STEP 4: Receive
01 Receive Your Documents
Once we send the related documents to your address, a tracking number will be provided. Track your documents and receive them. Secure your documents well because they will not be sent again.
02 Receive Your Car
Check the vessel’s estimated arrival date (ETA) and track the vessel location via the shipping liner's tracking page. Once it arrives at your port, it is time to receive your car! Follow the customs process, pay the tax, and clear the vehicle in accordance with your country's importing regulations.
