On the evening of March 17, NIO and CATL signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Ningde, Fujian. According to the agreement, based on the transformation and upgrading trend of the global automotive industry, both parties will give full play to their advantages in technology, management, platform, brand resources and other related fields, aiming to build the world's largest and most technologically advanced passenger car battery replacement service network. On this basis, the two parties will carry out capital cooperation, and CATL is promoting the acquisition of no more than 25% of NIO Energy.
