You have to acknowledge that SellingCar180 is not liable for your vehicle’s quality as we are just the platform operator. Eventually note that you are buying at your own risk.
After the vehicle arrives at your port, it is your own obligation to clear the customs and pay the tax according to your country’s import rule.You have to accept that SellingCar180 does not know your country’s import regulation and how much you have to pay for custom duties. SellingCar180 does not take part in the process after shipping. Also SellingCar180 price does not include any tax or import duties in your country. You have to check out your country’s import procedure carefully and clear your customs at your own risk.

What is authorized cars?
Authorized cars is an online car sales project in collaboration between SellingCar180 and Chinese car manufacturers. All authorized cars require direct payment to the manufacturer, with the manufacturer responsible for shipping and providing warranty services. Therefore, when you purchase authorized cars on the SellingCar180 platform, you can be 100% assured, with no worries about after-sales service.

Can I split the payment?
No. The full amount of the invoice must be paid at one. We do not accept partial payment.

Can I pay via credit card or other method?
No. We only accept direct transfer to our bank account(T/T). TransferWise is also acceptable when you put our bank account information. But any other payment methods such as Credit Card and Paypal is not accepted.

Can I cancel the booking after payment?
No. You cannot cancel the booking after finishing the payment. Even if, when you want to cancel, we cancel your booking and refund the money with deduction of penalty.(20% of the FOB value, the minimum amount USD 500)

What is FOB?
FOB (Free on Board) refers to the cost of goods delivered to the port of shipment and loaded onto the vessel designated by the buyer, with the seller responsible for handling export customs clearance. The FOB price includes the following costs:
1.Cost of Goods: The cost of producing or purchasing the goods.
2.Inland Transportation Fee: The cost of transporting the goods from the factory or warehouse to the port of shipment.
3.Loading and Unloading Fee: The cost of loading the goods onto the vessel at the port of shipment.
4.Export Packaging Fee: The cost of packaging the goods for export to ensure they are not damaged during transportation.
5.Port Charges: Various port fees incurred at the port of shipment, including port handling fees and port loading fees.
6.Export Duties and Taxes: The duties and taxes required for exporting the goods.
7.Customs Clearance Fee: The cost of handling export customs clearance, including the fees for customs documentation and agent fees.
Once the goods are loaded onto the vessel, the risk and costs transfer to the buyer, who is then responsible for the freight, insurance, and unloading fees at the destination port, as well as any import costs. -
How much is the ship cost? what is the final price?
Once you calculate the shipping price through our Quotation Calculator within the car page or booking request page, the "Total Price" you see in "CFR" terms is the price including the Car + Shipping + Document handling.
In "FOB" terms for consolidation shipping, you have to pay the shipping cost additionally at the time of arrival.
Please be aware, any local cost that you may incur in your country is not included. -
do the price include custom tax ?
No. The price does not include your country's custom duties. You must clear customs by paying the tax separately. Please check the details with your local customs clearing agency.
